Time & Stress Management Workshop To Be Held At ICC

Bandar Seri Begawan - A&A Management & Training Services will be holding a three-day workshop on "Managing Time & Stress Effectively" from September 26 to 28, to be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC).

Mr Md Taib Mat, a motivational speaker and author of the book "Anda Berhak Hebat", will be conducting the workshop.

Among the key objectives of the workshop will be to establish personal and professional priorities as well as focusing on them, to save time and avoid procrastination and to identify stress symptoms and impacts, and how to use strategies and methods in dealing with them.
