Staff, Students Of CCCT In Beach Cleaning Campaign

Bandar Seri Begawan - Staff and students of Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology (CCCT) held a cleaning campaign at the Muara Beach last Sunday.

Equipped with gloves and garbage bags, they worked in teams to clean the surrounding of the beach. This event was one of the many social service activities organised by this private College that offers several Diploma programmes accredited by BDNAC, MoE.

According to one of the students, Dipesh Rai from Nepal, the students can learn the importance of team work through the cleaning campaign.

His statements were echoed by Awangku Yusra bin Pg Sharifuddin, a firstyear Advanced Diploma student who said that he enjoyed the activities lined-up for the students in the cleaning campaign and he also learned that management knowledge is useful even for social service activities.

"This is just the beginning of the new era for our students. They will enjoy, learn and show the rest of the country that they are the upcoming leaders of Brunei," said the principal of CCCT, Dr Jenkins Bright.

He also encouraged other students to join CCCT and obtain a holistic education and progress into Degrees from Singapore, UK, Australia, New Zealand and USA. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
