Closing Ceremony For C & R Course

Bandar Seri Begawan - A closing ceremony for the C&R technique course, the usage of handcuffs and the PR-24 club for the officers from the Halal Haram Department, Syariah Court and the Ministry of Education was held at the Prison Department yesterday.

Present as guest of honour was the Prison Director, Haji Ahmad bin Haji Dullah, along with senior officers from the Prison Department and Syariah Court of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The course was attended by 22 officers from the Halal Haram Department, Syariah Court, who were divided into two groups.

The first 11 participants started the course on August 1 while the second group started on Aug 22 till September 10.

The event was organised by the Special Mobile Unit and Training Centre at the Prison Department. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
