Royalty At B.Mobile Exhibition

Bandar Seri Begawan - His Royal Highness Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah yesterday made a visit to the b.mobile exhibition at The Mall in Gadong, in its fourth day today.

Present to greet HRH Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah upon arrival at The Mall was Prince Abdul Qawi, Executive Chairman of QAF and the Chairman of 13-mobile Communications Sdn Bhd.

Meanwhile, The Mall came alive as more people turned up to register for the 3G communications services, as well as to partake and take a look at the various activities lined up throughout the day.

One of the main attractions of yesterday's event was the appearance of MTV Asia VJ Denise who was the master of ceremonies. She managed to entertain and woo the crowd with her fun and charming personality.

These included performances by local artistes, violin performances by special invited guests from China, SMS Speed Competition and rock wall climbing.

Kids also had the opportunity to take part in fun activities such as drawing and colouring competitions and dance performances, whereby kids from the audience were invited to come up to the stage and dance.

A lucky draw was also held towards the end of the night. One of the local performers yesterday was a young talented artist named Chong Voon Voon, 10, from Kuala Belait who impressed the crowd when she sang several songs in Malay, English and Chinese.

In addition, members of the public also flocked to the booths which showcased the latest 3G mobile phones. The exhibition will go on until this Friday, September 9 and is open from 10 am till 9 pm. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
