Royal Audience To Outgoing Envoys

Bandar Seri Begawan - His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Salleh Ab. Rahaman yesterday consented to receive in audience the outgoing Canadian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Mr Paul S H Lau and his spouse Mrs Shirley Lau.

Later, HRH Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah consented to receive in audience Haji Mohammed bin Omar bin Ahmed Aideed, the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman.

Also present was Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Abu Bakar bin Pengiran Seri Indera Pengiran Haji Ismail, the Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office. The audience ceremony took place at the Istana Nurul Iman. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
