Economic Progress And UK-Brunei Opportunities Highlighted At BEDB Event Opportunities

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman David Lewis, was in country to promote bilateral trade and investment and the opportunities associated with the diversification of the economy, as well as to strengthen UK-Brunei cooperation in these areas.

The Lord Mayor yesterday morning attended a "breakfast session" conducted by the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB).

The session included a presentation on the economic status of Brunei Darussalam, as well as plans for the development of the various sectors of the economy by BEDB's Senior Manager and Stakeholder Relations, Pg Aki Ismasufian Ibrahim.
