Royal Audience For London Lord Mayor's Wife

Bandar Seri Begawan – Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha yesterday consented to receive in audience Lady Mayoress Mrs Theresa Lewis, wife of the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman David Lewis, at Istana Nurul Iman.

Present to accompany the Lady Mayoress during the audience was Mrs. Fabiola Moreno de Alboran, wife of the British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam.

The Lord Mayor and the Lady Mayoress have been in Brunei since last Saturday evening for an official visit and left yesterday evening for Singapore. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
