Royalty At Raya Celebration

Bandar Seri Begawan - HRH Princess `Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah, Chairperson of Pusat Ehsan Board of Trustees, and HRH Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bulqiah yesterday attended the Pusat Ehsan Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration at its premises in Bengkurong.

The event was organized by Pusat Ehsan management committee in response to requests from donors who wanted to hold a Hari Raya gathering for the centre's special needs children.

In a welcoming speech by the chairman of the organizing committee, Hj Ahmad bin Hj Abd Rahman, Policy and Planning Trustee, Pusat Ehsan, said: "Today's Hari Raya event is aimed at fostering close relationship among the special needs children, parents, teachers, members of the Board of Trustees, as well as volunteers, sponsors and all those who have supported Pusat Ehsan throughout the years. We also wanted to give the special needs children the opportunity to have the joy of celebrating Hari Raya," he said.

"On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to convey our appreciation to all sponsors, especially for the Raya gathering, and donations made by Intan Eletrical Co SDN BHD ($800), Mag Star Salon ($300), Hiew HY Construction, Mr. Ching Chen Kong ($1,000), CityNeon Display and Construction (12 units of tents complete with facilities), Ying Mars Trading (25 cartons of fruits juices) and Arthini Café and Catering (for providing dessert and manpower),"
