Raya And Farewell Party For Retirees

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Language and Literature Bureau in Tutong yesterday held a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration and a farewell ceremony for former Deputy Director Hj Abu Bakar bin Hj Zainal and four staff who retired recently.

They were Hjh Hasnah binti Hj Hasim, former Assistant Officer, Hj Mohammad bin Hj Matyassin, Assistant Officer, Hjh

Sinorchaya binti Hj Nasir Assistant Perpustakaan Tingkat I and Hjh Afsah Hj Abd Rahman Binding Tingkat I.

Language and Literature Bureau staff celebrated the promotion yesterday of Zaidahbin Hj Ismail, Shifabin Hj Abudllah, and Hjh Faridah bin Hj Abd Rahman.

The ceremony started with the recital of DoaAl-Fatihah. There was a slide show and a souvenir presentation to the retirees. A doa selamat was recited to bless the event. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
