Orphans Get Raya Treat From BLNG

Bandar Seri Begawan - Brunei LNG yesterday presented cash donations to 39 orphans in Mukim Liang at a Hari Raya get-together held at the residence of BLNG Corporate Affairs Manager Hjh Zainab Omar in Sg Liang.

According to -a BLNG press release, "The gesture is part of the company's commitment in assisting the orphans for the new school year preparation and held in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidil Fitri 1427 Hijriah.

"Brunei LNw G contributes $15,000 annually to the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Fund for the Orphans of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Foundation.

"The contribution is considered the company's long-term support for the orphans in the country," the press release said. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
