Preventing Road Mishaps

Bandar Seri Begawan - Tutong-Jerudong highway is one of the accident-prone areas in the country.

Road accidents happen when motorists ignore safety procedures on the road, driving at breakneck speed, overtaking carelessly, making illegal U-turn and other hazardous attempts.

Patchy road surfaces and water clogged potholes are other factors contributing to accidents. Prompt actions taken by the authority to resurface bad road patches are commendable as one of the solutions to decrease road accidents.
