Chinese Visit Ministers

Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 20 members of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BSB) visited the homes of various ministers on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri (on Tuesday) to convey best wishes for this festive season.

Led by Robert Koh, President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce BSB, the members which included leaders of both the Young Entrepreneur Division and the Ladies' Entrepreneur Division, made their first stop at the Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri SetiaAwang Hj Adanan bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Seri Setia Awang Hj Mohd Yusof, Jln Berakas.

This was followed by a visit to home of the Minister of Industry and Primary Resources, Pehin Orang Kaya Setia Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Awang Ahmad bin Hj Jumat, at Jln Muara.

They moved on to visit the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Dewa Major General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Hj Awang Mohammad bin Hj Daud, at Kg Tanah Jambu.

Before concluding the visits, the Chinese Chamber visited the homes of Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Hj Suyoi bin Hj Osman, Minister of Health, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Haji Abu Bakar Bin Haji Apong, Minister of Communication and Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Laila Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Seri Haji Mohammad Taib, Minister of Education.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
