SUAMPRIPAD Eases Burden OF Less Fortunate

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Arabic Religious Secondary School for Girls (SUAMPRIPAD) recently held a Khatam al-Quran ceremony and presented donations to 15 orphans and Awang Hashim Hj Lager, an employee of: the school, whose house was engulfed in flames.

About 250 Form One, Two and Four students took part in the religious ceremony, which was held at the school's surau.

The school's principle, Ustazah Datin Piah Hj Mohd Saat, vice principals and other teachers also took part in the ceremony.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
