Crowds Rush To B-Mobile’s KB Branch For $99 Phones

Kuala Belait - It has been a very busy week for staff at b-Mobile's branch in Kuala Belait.

Lots of people have been making a beeline at the branch to claim their new $99 3G mobile phone, which v'as part of a special package deal from Brunei's first 3G service provider.

B-Mobile employees have been distributing the second batch of over 400 orders since last Wednesday. As it was a first come, first serve basis, customers queued as early as 7.30am to claim the phone, fearing that stocks would run out.

Five b-Mobile staff members in Belait worked hard behind the counter to keep up with the continuous flow of customers who brought their proof of booking and payment receipt to claim the phone.

The $99 promotion package, which was launched a few weeks ago, has received a, n overwhelming response from the public. The package includes a U526 mobile phone, a prepaid starter pack and an eight dollar top up card.

This offer provided by b-Mobile provides an affordable deal for the population in the Sultanate to own a 36 phone and experience its high tech communication services.
