Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Holds Khatam Al-Quran

Bandar Seri Begawan - Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony on Friday in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan.

Among the 300 male and female participants were Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Dato Dr Hj Mohd Zain bin Hj Serudin and his deputy Pehin Dato Ustaz Hj Badaruddin bin Hj Othman.

The event began with a recital ofAl-Fatihah, followed by Takhtim and doa selamat.

Meanwhile, Islamic Dakwah Centre yesterday morning held a Khatam AI-Quran ceremony at its surau.
