HSBC gives deposit and win prizes

HSBC presented prizes to the third round winners of its Deposit and Win promotion during a ceremony held at HSBC's headquarters in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Dayangku Hamidah Pengiran Haji Othman, Manager of Personal Financial Services, Sales and Support, presented cash prizes of B$1,000 to each of the three winners, namely Rodney Pemberton, Bong Chee Kong and Lee Kin Chee.

The promotion runs from 1 July to 31 December 2006 and dring the period, a total of B$3,000 will be given away every month, culminating in a grand draw to be held in January next year. The grand draw will see one lucky winner taking home a cash prize of B$88,000.

To be eligible for the draw, the bank's customers need only to increase their Monthly Average Balance (MAB) in any or all of their new or existing Statement Saving Accounts, Current Accounts or Time Deposit Accounts.

Every B$1,000 increase in a customer's MAB will earn him or her one entry in the draw.

Customers will get more chances to win with more deposits or longer tenure of their deposit balance.
