PEKIRA To Hold Raya Gathering

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Association of Retired Government Officers (PEKIRA) will hold its annual Hari Raya gathering at one of the leading hotels in Berakas on November 11, 2006, starting at 7.30pm. The guest of honour will be announced later, a press release from PEK IRA stated.

There will be presentation of Malay cultural events such as 'Sajak', 'Syair' as well as karaoke songs. The function will also feature a lucky draw with grand prizes to be won. The top prize would be a free trip for two sponsored by PHS ChartAir/PEKIRA and a free night at the Nazira Guesthouse Hotel including free breakfast.

Members of the Association and their respective family members are encouraged to attend the annual event that would bring together old friends and acquaintances and long-lost relatives.
