Rimba I Primary School Helps Less Fortunate

Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 17 orphans from Rimba I Primary School yesterday received donations after the academic institution took an initiative to liven up the festive season for the less fortunate.

The presentation began with a speech by the Principal before a Bertahlil ceremony and a rending of the, Doa Arwah.

The guest,of honour and Village Head of Kg Rimba National Housing Scheme Hj Asri Hj Abd Latif later presented the orphans with their donations, which came from generous collections of contributions by parents, teachers, students and staff members. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
