Fire Victim Receives Berakas
Police Donation

Begawan - The victim of a recent house fire drew sympathy from
the Berakas Police District in the form of donations made during a
presentation ceremony at the fire victim's temporary residence at No
234, Jln 77, RPN Kg Lambak Kanan.
On hand to present the donations to
the victim on behalf of the Berakas Police District was Senior
Inspector Pg Shaiful Rezal Malek Faesal bin Pg Hj Marali, the Officer
in Charge of the Berakas Police Station.
Also present at the ceremony was P/Insp
Hj Mohd Rabiul Shukreen, Investigating Officer of the Berakas Police
District. The donations, which comprised cash as well as dry foods,
were contributed by officers and staff of the Berakas Police District
with the aim of lessening the burden faced by the victim especially
with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
The victim was a family member of one
of the Berakas Police District personnel.
The initiative is one ofthe welfare
programmes organised by the Berakas Police District in giving
assistance to any personnel or family members who are in need of such
help. Recently, the Berakas Police District lent out a helping hand to
clean a Muslim cemetery that had long been neglected at RPN Kg
Perpindahan Lambak Kanan Berakas.
In line with the concept of
`Community Policing', the Berakas Police District will always make an
