War On Prices, Menus In Ramadhan

Bandar Seri Begawan - Although calmness is the order of Ramadhan, the war on prices by restaurants offering Sungkai buffets continues and is most evident. Roadside or domestic food vendors are also doing the same, except now the war is not on prices, but on the menus.

As prices hit rock bottom, menus have been changed as a• tactic to attract more customers. It is interesting to note the efforts, expense and creativity put into designing homemade banners that are placed in front of stalls, streetlights and several government buildings.
