Saigon Journalists Get A Taste Of Empire Hotel

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Empire Hotel and Country Club recently welcomed six journalists from Saigon, Vietnam, who were on a press and familiarisation trip to Brunei Darussalam and the Empire Hotel and Country Club.

Kevin Thong, the sales manager of RBA's General Sales Agent in Vietnam, headed the press trip to the Sultanate, which was jointly organised by the Empire Hotel and Country Club and Royal Brunei Airlines.

The journalists were from main newspapers and various publications from Vietnam including Thanh Nien Weekend and Online, Tuoi Tre Online, Saigon Times Weekly and Saigon Times Daily, The Gioi Phu Nu and Saigon Businessman.

Tran Dieu Dong of Venus Communications and PR Agency accompanied the group.

Upon their arrival, the group was greeted by Empire Hotel Director of PR and Marketing Communications Jennifer Kang and Assistant PR Manager Ak Danny Pg Tajuddin. The visiting group was treated to a wonderful dinner by Ak Danny Pg Tajuddin.

Later, they were also brought on a tour of the hotel to know more about the available rooms and facilities.

Meanwhile, Golden Touch Holidays and Royal Brunei Airlines organised for the group to be taken to various places of interest, such as the Royal Regalia, Omar Ali Mosque, Kampong Ayer and other sites of interest.

"Brunei is such a beautiful and peaceful country. The Empire Hotel & Country Club is one of Brunei's signature place for tourist to stay and visit," said Kevin Thong.
