'Tahlil' Ceremonies At Royal Mausoleum

Bandar Seri Begawan - More 'tahlil' ceremonies are being held throughout the sultanate to mark the holy month of Ramadhan.

Mukim Kota Batu carried out one such ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Makam Kubah Diraja for His Majesty's late parents, Al-Marhum Sultan Hj Omar `Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pg Anak Damit.

The ceremony was led by the Penghulu of Mukim Kota Batu, Major (Rtd) Hj Abu Bakar Hj Ibrahim, and was attended by heads of villages in the Mukim as well as village residents.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
