CCMS Students Tour Brunei Press

Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 19 students from Chung Ching Middle School (CCMS) yesterday paid a visit on Brunei Press Sdn Bhd as part of the school's efforts in educating and increasing the students' knowledge and understanding on the daily activities of mass media publications in the nation.

Led by teachers-in-charge Ms Wong and Ms Joy Castillo, the group was received by the General Manager of Brunei Press Sdn Bhd, Mr Reggie See.

Prior to being taken on a guided tour around the different departments of the company, the students were given a short briefing on the objectives and strategies of Brunei Press as well as a brief introduction on the history of the company.

According to the teachers, the visit was meant as a graduation trip for the Primary Six students to increase their general knowledge - something that they can relate to in their everyday lives.

Apart from Brunei Press, the CCMS students also made educational visits to RTB, Matusin Recycling Industry and Sunlit Advertising.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
