SM Sayyidina Ali’s Student Excel In OZ Chemistry Quiz

Kuala Belait - Five students from SM Sayyidina Ali, Kuala Belait achieved excellent results in the Australian Chemistry Quiz. Plaques were recently awarded to each of the students for attaining one of the highest scores in the country. It was the most number of plaques that has been awarded to any single school in Brunei for such a competition.

The five students who scored top marks were Charlene Bong, Quek Juinn Huei, Sandy Choo Jin Fung, Liew Kok Kee and Foo Chan Ching.

Out of the 52 Form Six students from SM Sayyidina Ali who took part in the competition, 30 were awarded certificates. Besides the five plaque winners, 10 other students achieved high distinctions.
