NDP launches 2nd HQ in KB

The National Development Party (NDP) launched its second headquarters in Kuala Belait recently, which shall serve as communication office for the divisions and subdivisions in Belait District.

The ceremony was officiated by NDP president Yasin Affandy. Also present at the event were its deputy president Mahmud Morshidi Othman, secretary general Haji Aminorrashid Hj Ghazali and members of its executive council.

The party's flag was also hoisted at the new headquarters' compound in Spg 74, Pandan Satu in Jalan Sungai Pandan. Yasin Affandy also called for members to use the office wisely and not for creating factions in the party.

Mahmud Morshidi Othman meanwhile urged members to use it for activities, working towards partnering with the government for national development. During the launch, heads of subdivisions in the district were handed party flags. There was also a tour of the offices and their various subdivisions in KB, Seria, Lumut and Sungai Liang.
