Crying Foul Over Indiscriminate Dumping

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Street behind a commercial building at Simpang 508, Jalan Jerudong, has become a disposal point for litterbugs and the occupants of the building called for a stop on indiscriminate dumping along the back alley.

"We believe the garbage was disposed of by nearby residents who were too lazy to go to a proper garbage collection point. We hope they will stop the indiscriminate dumping in the area.

"The garbage has also attracted flies, dogs and stray cats looking for left-over food," they said.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
