Emperor's Court To Change Menu Every Six Months

Bandar Seri Begawan - There are even reasons now to eat at the Emperor's Court restaurant on Hua Ho Manggis Mall's third floor with the introduction of a new menu:

According to Manager Mr Andy Goh,

"From feedback of customers and long-term research, Emperor's Court plans to change its menu every six months." He added that "Emperor's Court still retain its signature cuisine, while adding creations to satisfy customer's everchanging taste."

Among the new dishes are the Hot and Soup Szechuan Soup with Crispy Shredded

Chicken, Double Combination Chicken "Thai" Style, Braised Lamb Shanks with Homemade Sauce, Steamed Prawn with Garlic, and Stir Fired Asparagus with Gingko Nut.

There are also healthy drinks squeezed from fresh vegetables and fruits.

The men behind the new menu are Chef Wong Ka Min and Gob Chee Ban, who got their inspirations from past experiences and long hours of experiment.
