Sheraton Utama Hotel is welcoming
guests during the festive season with a magnificent mosque sculpture,
made of styrofoam and butter, which stands on a pedestal at the
hotel's lobby entrance.
The sculpture, moulded from the
special hard butter used for carving and decorations, took about nine
days to complete.
The masterpiece was created by
kitchen artist, A Wayan Sumantra, who previously worked at Sheraton
Bandara in Jakarta Indonesia as a chef for two years before he
specialised as a kitchen artist for the hotel for about three years.
