RBN commissioning ceremony

A commissioning ceremony for 20 Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) non-commissioned officers was held yesterday. Guest of honour was Col (N) Joharie bin Hj Matussin, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy. The commissioning ceremony commenced with the recital of 'Al-Fatihah' and ended with a 'Doa Selamat'.
