Dim sum has been a Chinese delicacy
for many centuries. But over the past decade, it has gained popularity
in this part of the world, especially now that many chefs have found
ways to make their dim sum dishes halal.
There is also a surge in dim sum
buffets, providing patrons a wider variety of dishes at lower cost,
especially during Ramadhan.
In Brunei, one such place is Nyonya
Restaurant at Kg Serusop, which is offering dim sum buffet for Muslims
to break fast with.
There is an array of halal dishes,
including chicken feet, siu mai, seaweed roll and dumpling as well as
appetisers, soup and desserts.
Dates and free flow of air bandung
are also served at the buffet.
