Over $667,000 Collected For Palestinian Humanitarian Fund

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Palestinian Humanitarian Fund has collected more than $667,000.

Two more donors gave their donations yesterday.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs said that any donations from government ministries, private sectors and associations in the country for the fund must reach the Mosque Affairs Department before November 30.

First donation came from Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Foundation amounting to more than $13,100.

The donation came from members of the public through boxes placed at the Yayasan Complex.

The Ministry of Health also donated nearly $4,300 to the fund.

Awang Haji Yusoff Bin Haji Ismail, Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, received the donation. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
