Fire safety talk for staff of
Merimbun Park

A talk on fire safety and its
prevention was held yesterday morning for officers and staff from the
Merimbun Heritage Park. The briefing was conducted by the Commander of
Operation "E" from the Tutong Fire Station, ASO Mohammad Ali Bin
Hassan.

Mohammad Ali Bin Hassan, in his briefing outlined the roles and
responsibilities of the Fire Services Department. Officers and staff
from the Merimbun Heritage Park were briefed on the causes of fire
outbreak and the different types of fire-related cases. ASO Mohammad
Ali Bin Hassan also outlined some of the preventive measures and ways
to stop the spread of fire.
Staff and officers of the park were
also given tips when facing fire emergency. Awang Samhan Bin Nyawa,
the manager of the park and a few other officials were given hands-on
experience on operating a fire extinguisher.
