Ramadhan Stalls At Tanjong Bunut And Kg Serusop

Bandar Seri Begawan - Forms to operate the one-month Ramadhan stalls at the car park of the Home Centre Building at Tanjong Bunut commencing October 27 are now available.

Interested entrepreneurs can call 8855232, 8841142 and 8760680 for the forms, which need to be completed and returned to the organiser by October 25.

Organised by MRE Enterprise, the area will offer some 20 stalls selling delicious and exotic Berbuka Puasa dishes including food, cakes, kuih-muih and drinks to cater to the needs of fasting Muslims.

The organiser said the main objective of the Gerai Ranadhan is to promote locally-made products and the commercial area.

Apart from selling food for breaking of the fast, the stalls will also sell products such as clothes and home decorations for the preparation of the Hari Raya Aidifitri celebration, set to take place towards the end of November.

Meanwhile another Gerai Ramadhan will be held at the car park of Bangunan Delima Desa, Simpang 44, Kg Serusop Jalan Muara commencing on the fast day of Ramadhan until the end of the fasting month.

The organisers are members of Persekutuan Peniaga-Peniaga Melayu Brunei (PPPMB).

The site will offer 15 stalls selling food, cakes, kuih-muih and drinks as well as items such as Hari Raya clothes and home decorations. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
