New Police Recruits Urged To
Safeguard Brunei’s Name

Begawan - Police recruits are urged to seek further knowledge
from more experienced police officers in addition to the knowledge
gained during their training.
This is in order for them perform
their daily duties efficiently. Dato Awang Haji Kifrawi Bin Dato Haji
Kifli, the Brunei Attorney General underlined this at the passing out
parade for women and men police recruits of Squad One 2003 intake.
He also called on the recruits to
safeguard the good name of the force always as they are one of the
main law-enforcement agencies in the country.
He added new recruits should be
willing to hear any suggestions and advices from their more
experienced colleagues.
One hundred and twenty five recruits
completed their basic training at the police training center which
included 35 were women recruits.
Dayang
Suraini Binti Haji Sabli and Awang Azri Bin Awang Yahaya were selected
as best recruits in all diciplines during the training.
Since its formation in 1921, the
Royal Brunei Police Force has made considerable contributions towards
the country's peace and stability.
