Wanted: 20 stalls for Kg Tg Nangka

To cater for the break of Ramadhan fast for Muslims who live in Mukim Sengkurong and its vicinity, stalls selling a variety of ready food will be available at the car park area of Home Centre building at Kg Tanjong Nangka.

Organised by MRE Enterprise, the area will offer some 20 stalls with exotic Berbuka Puasa dishes including cakes, kueh and drinks towards the needs of fasting Muslims.

The organiser is now calling for interested entrepreneurs to participate in the Gerai Ramadhan which will commence from October 27 until the end of the fasting month.

"Interested businessmen who wish to operate stalls can contact me at 8855232 for booking," said the organiser.

He said the Gerai Ramadhan will promote locally-made products and the commercial area. He added the stalls business would be a perfect opportunity for new entrepreneurs to hone their skills.

"Some successful restaurateurs began their humble entry to the business world through such stalls. Therefore we also welcome new entrepreneurs to participate," he said.

The stalls will also sell items for Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, set to take place towards the end of November. He said Hari Raya cakes, biscuits, clothes and home decoration items will be available at the Ramadhan stalls.
