Adapting the concept of "Food Fit to

the taste buds but has been developed towards providing passengers
with lighter and healthier options.
"Travellers today are becoming more
discerning on their choice of meals on board flights and as more and
more people are adapting the healthy lifestyle, Royal Brunei Airlines
is proud to associate itself with an internationally acclaimed chef in
supporting that choice," said RBA's CEO Peter Foster.
Choice of appetizers in the new menu
include, "Roast Vegetables and Chicken Terrine", Grilled Tiger Prawns
with Cucumber Yoghurt and Pistachio Salad" and "Grilled Halibut and
Mango Salsa".
For the main course, passengers may
choose among others, "Tournado of Beef with Wild Mushrooms and
Bearnaise Sauce", "Halibut and Prawns in Herb Butter Olive Oil Mashed
Potatoes, Baby Corn and Carrots" or "Grilled Snowfish, Green Asparagus
and Anie-Flavoured Cauliflower Cream".
