Police Go Swimming In Search Of
Gold

Begawan – The Branch ‘B’ has emerged as the overall champion in
the finals of the Royal Brunei Police Force swimming competition.
The champions collected three gold,
two silver and two bronze medals.
A total of 15 events were competed
that included 50 and 100-meters free style, 50-meters butterfly and
50-meters backstroke.
The championship was also open to
members of the Kampong Neighbourhood Crime Watch.
Meanwhile, the Branch ‘C’ bagged two
gelds, five silvers and one bronze to take second place followed by
the Branch ‘E’ with two gold medals in third.

‘B’ was selected the best swimmer.
Meanwhile, for the Kampong
Neighbourhood Crime Watch Category, the champion was Kampong Setta 'A'
with Kampong Subok and Kampong Bolkiah in second and third places.

Eng Lee, Acting Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police, Director of
Criminal Investigation presented prizes.
The final competition was held
yesterday at the Hassanal Bolkiah Stadium, Police Headquarters in
