Public Urged To Report Over Hazardous Toys

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Royal Brunei Police Force advised the public to report any cases of hazardous toys like air-guns being used for playing in school to the nearest police station or call the hotline 993.

This was stated in a press release issued by the police PRO concerning a front page story in the Bulletin on Tuesday under the headline "Air-gun menace in school".

Concerned school authorities stepped in to curb this harmful trend of youngsters bringing air-guns or replicas of the real firearms to school.

The police confirmed receiving the report from the relevant authority pertaining to the case. The items have been confiscated. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
