By Zan Hosni

Grand prize winner with hotel representatives and sponsors.
Sheraton Utama Hotel recently
concluded their Shanghai Food Festival, the third for 2003.
The event, which ran for ten days,
began on September 26.
It was almost fully booked every
night.
Its main attraction were cultural
performances and cooking classes.
In conjunction with this, a lucky
draw with great prizes to be won was also held.
Sponsors were Royal Brunei Airlines,
Standard Chartered Bank and St Regis Shanghai.
Announcement of the winners was made
yesterday.
Pg Mohd Ayub PMA Pg Hj Ahmad won
himself the grand prize, which was a one return economy ticket to
Shanghai, $1,000 spending allowance and a six-day stay at St Regis
Shanghai.
Mr
Roy David walked away with a prize of two-night accommodation at
Westin Shanghai, while Mr Chua Kheng Bian got two nights also at St
Regis Shanghai.
"Food festivals have grown from
strength to strength.
"Without a doubt, the Shanghai Food
Festival was our most successful," commented Simon Dorman, Executive
Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at Sheraton Utama Hotel.
"This certainly would not have been
possible without the support of our sponsors Royal Brunei Airlines and
Standard Chartered Bank as well as partners in the Chinese Embassy,
Paul and Elizabeth Pottery and Chung Hwa Middle School," he added.
