Borneo Cup Boxing October 17 And 18

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Brunei Amateur Boxing Association (BABA) will host the Borneo Cup 2003 boxing competition on October 17 and 18, a press release by the association said yesterday.

Boxers from Brunei, Satawak and Sabah are expected to take part in the tournament.

BABA president, Hj Awg Abd Wahab H Awg Tengah, said bouts will be divided into nine weight categories, namely: 45; 48; 51; 57; 60; 64; 69; and 75 kg.

Draws will be conducted on October 17, followed by weigh-ins of the participants.

All bouts will be held at the Indoor Stadium in Berakas; members of the public are welcomed to attend.
