Haj Pilgrims Can Start Pilgrimage Payment By Wednesday

Bandar Seri Begawan – Intending Haj pilgrims can start paying for the holy pilgrimage on Wednesday, October 15.

The reminder came from the Haj Management Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs yesterday.

“All intending pilgrims are required to bring along their Haj passport,” it said.

For the Brunei-Muara and Temburong Districts, intending pilgrims can make their payment directly to the counter of the Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad at Sudut Taibah, Unit 131 of the Setia Kenangan Complex in Kiulap.

Payment for the intending pilgrims in the Tutong District can be made on October 21 from 9am to 3pm. The payment is for intending pilgrims whose registration number starts from TG1 to TG168.

For the Belait District, intending pilgrims with registration numbers from KB1 to KB209, are asked to make their payment on October 22 from 9am to 3pm.

Meanwhile, the Ong Sum Ping Health Centre in the capital this morning provided Meningitis Inoculation to intending pilgrims for next year's Haj season.

The injection was intended at ensuring that the Haj management can help them obtain the Haj visa smoothly.

Intending pilgrims, who have not done so, are advised to undergo the meningitis injection at the centre.
