Loyal staff of Sheraton awarded

Sheraton Utama Hotel recently held an appreciation awards ceremony for its long-serving associates in the Mutiara Ballroom, at the hotel's premises.

Every year, the management of the Hotel celebrates the fine dedication of longstanding associates who have reached their 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th Year of Service. Each associates was bestowed with a Certificate of Appreciation along with a surprise gift for the commitment and conscientious care they have shown towards the guests throughout their employment with hotel. The staff come from different departments including Guest Services & Bell, Housekeeping & Engineering and Kitchen & Restaurant Servers.

"It is the devotion and caring hospitality of our associates that brings our guests back again and again to our hotel. Without the steadfastness of associates who have been faithful to our Hotel guests' needs through our rough times, such as the recent SARS epidemic, we would not have recovered so quickly. For this, we are immensely grateful for the loyalty of our long-service associates," Datin Hjh Zainah Bujang, General Manager of the Sheraton Utama Hotel said.
