What it should have been

Referring to a photograph published on page 3 in the Weekend Bulletin on 4th October 2003 titled "RBAF in 'Hikmat Bersatu' Exercise". The caption for the photo should read, "Guest of honour, RBAF Commander Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General Dato Paduka Seri Hj Awg Halbi fixes the 'Toha' onto several judges after the launch of the 'Hikmat Besatu' exercise. The error is regretted.
