The dish incorporates eastern spices with western ingredients cooked in a traditional method.

The combination of marinated mushrooms, tomato basil and grilled vegetables proved to be a favourite among regular diners.

Meat lovers can feast on the 'Japanese Carbetbag Steak', which is grilled teriyaki beef medallions served with Tempura oysters and wasabi hollandaise and ginger.
