Sultan discusses trade with
China's Premier in Bali

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday evening consented to receive
in audience Premier Wen Jiaboa of China at Hotel Nusa Dua, Bali.
The two leaders discussed bilateral
issues and efforts to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between
the two countries in many areas, especially in trade. They also agreed
to increase visits of senior officials from both countries, including
the private sectors.
Present during the audience were His
Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs;
Pehin Dato Awang Haji Abdul Rahman Taib, Minister of Industry and
Primary Resources; Dato Seri Setia Haji Mohd Amin, Brunei's Ambassador
to Indonesia; Dato Paduka Haji Hazair, Permanent Secretary at the
Prime Minister's Office and Pehin Dato Lim Jock Seng, Permanent
Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
