His Majesty Leaves For Bali For Asean Summit

Bandar Seri Begawan – His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, the Sultan Brunei left the country yesterday for Bali to attend the Asean Leaders Summit.

With His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Bidding farewell to His Majesty were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Malik and His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Mateen.

Shortly after the arrival at the Brunei International Airport, His Majesty preceded to the Royal Pavilion for the Doa Selamat, which was read by the State Mufti, Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz.

Also present at the airport were Pengirans Cheteria, Cabinet Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Senior Government Officers. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
