Japanese cuisine demo at Supa Save

A Sushi and okonomi-yaki making demonstration and sampling session was held at the Supa Save Mabohai branch as one of the activities organised to mark the 6th anniversary of the supermarket.

The event was also held in conjunction with the Brunei Grand Sale 2003.

Yuka Sukamoto gave the demonstration on the making of okonomi-yaki while Ms Opah gave the sushi making demonstration. Both of them were from the Japanese Cuisine Restaurant in Gadong.

A similar demonstration on the two Japanese dishes will be held at Supa Save Gadong this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Other activities like children colouring contest and lucky draw are also lined up by Supa Save for shoppers at all the supermarket outlets in the country.
