CCMS students do their school proud

The winners took a group picture with the chief guest, Pg Hjh Hajijah Pg Hj Matarsat (front L-3), the BLNG Corporate Affairs Manager, Haji Abdul Hakim bin Hj Mohd Yassin (front L-2), the director of the Brunei Language & Literature Bureau Department and Sim Jeng Siang (back R-3), the Principal of CCMS.

The Chung Ching Middle School, Seria was awarded a medal and certificate by the Brunei Language and Literature Bureau Department as the best school in participating the Mekar-Juara Essay and Art Competition.

The competition was jointly organised by the Brunei Language and Literature Bureau Department and the BLNG.

The award presentation ceremony was held on October 1. Seven students of CCMS won the prizes in both essay and art competition. Ling Fung won second place in the Art Category A, Lee Yi Xin won the second place and Moo Hui Lu won the fifth place in the Art Category B, while Nurhusna bte Yahya came in fourth and Lee Yi Zheng grabbed the consolation prize in the Art Category C. In the Essay competition Category B, Liew Teck Lee came in third and Beebee Benazir bte Saifullah won the consolation prize.
