Outstanding students rewarded

The Primary School of Kg Mata-mata Gadong, Brunei III, held a prize presentation for outstanding students to mark the closing of the school year.

The guest of honour at the function was Cikgu Hj Jaafar Bin Hj Ahmad, Senior Education Officer, Brunei District I and III of the Schools Department, who also presented prizes to the students.

Sixty students were presented with the Best Student Award while seven students who scored 5'A's and eight students who got 4'A's and one 'B' in the PSR 2006 were also rewarded. Outstanding students from each class were also given prizes.

At the event, tokens of appreciation were presented to teachers, exemplary parents and guardians of pupils as well as staff of the school.

Apart from the prize presentation, there was also various stage shows performed by the school students.
