Bandar Seri Begawan - By command of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it was announced that His Majesty has consented for the appointment of the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, Dato Paduka Awg Hj Mustappa bin Hj Sirat, as the Temporary Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Brunei Technical Services Sdn Bhd, RBTS, to replace the Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office, Pehin Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Yahya bin Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Hj Bakar.

His Majesty also consented to appoint Senior Special Duties Officer at the Ministry of Defence, Datin Paduka Hjh Intan bte Hj Mohammad Kassim, as the Temporary Acting Chief Executive Officer of RBTS to replace Awg Hj Kamaruddin bin Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Wahab.
